By downloading or using Hydrate: Water Coach, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.

1. Service Description

Hydrate: Water Coach is a general wellness app for water intake logging, goal calibration, reminders, Apple Watch logging, widgets, statistics, reports, and data export.

2. Paid Access

Hydrate is a paid app experience. Continued access requires one of the following App Store in-app purchases:

• Monthly subscription with a 7-day introductory trial when eligible.
• Yearly subscription with a 7-day introductory trial when eligible.
• Lifetime non-consumable purchase with no trial and no renewal.

3. Subscriptions and Renewal

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

4. Trial Terms

Trial eligibility is determined by the App Store. If you are eligible and start a monthly or yearly subscription trial, billing begins after the trial unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period.

5. Lifetime Purchase and Restore

The lifetime option is a one-time purchase that unlocks access for the Apple ID used to buy it. Restore Purchases can recover an active subscription or lifetime purchase associated with the same Apple ID.

6. Refunds

Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policies. We cannot issue partial-period refunds directly.

7. Health Information Disclaimer

Hydrate is not medical advice. The app provides general wellness tracking and hydration estimates only. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for personal medical guidance.

8. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the app for lawful personal purposes, provide accurate information where needed, keep your device and Apple ID secure, and not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the app.

9. Intellectual Property

The app, website, icons, design, text, and related materials are owned by DuttLabs or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DuttLabs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app.

11. Changes

We may update these terms as the app changes. The latest version will be posted on this page with a revised date.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
