1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Hydrate, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Hydrate is a water intake tracking application that helps users monitor their hydration habits. The app provides:

  • Water intake logging and tracking
  • Daily goal setting and monitoring
  • Reminder notifications
  • Statistics and insights
  • Apple Watch companion app
  • Widgets for Home Screen and Lock Screen
  • Apple Health integration
  • iCloud synchronization

3. Trial and Premium Access

Hydrate offers a 7-day free trial followed by premium access:

  • Free Trial: Full access to all features for 7 days at no cost.
  • Premium: After the trial, a subscription or lifetime purchase is required for continued access to all features including Apple Watch app, advanced statistics, iCloud sync, and unlimited customization.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Premium features are available through in-app subscriptions:

  • Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account
  • Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
  • No refunds will be provided for any partial subscription period

5. Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial of premium features. The trial begins when you start your subscription. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged for the subscription.

6. Health Information Disclaimer

Hydrate is not medical advice. The app is designed for general wellness and hydration tracking purposes only. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition.

The hydration recommendations provided by the app are general guidelines and may not be appropriate for everyone. Consult with a healthcare professional for personalized hydration advice, especially if you have any medical conditions.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the app only for its intended purpose
  • Provide accurate information when using the app
  • Keep your device and iCloud account secure
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the app

Hydrate and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the app.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes through the app or on our website. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
